Her staging of the house made it look very appealing and her relentless work during open houses made sure that there was consistent traffic that generated interest that led to the sale. Time and time again she went above and beyond all expectations. One such example was when we were off island during the sale and the refrigerator in the house decided to give out. She researched and did a search for comparable refrigerators and sent it to us. All we had to do was purchase it and then she took lead in picking up the fridge in Kona (which is an hour away) and then installing it in the house.
